Latin Dancing - the perfect way to take regular exercise
We all know that exercise is a good thing for health, self esteem and weight control. However, finding something that we can commit to on a regular basis is not always easy. We have created Latin Workout classes that are based on Cha Cha, Samba, Jive and Rumba using really great music. Exercise classes suitable for any age group.
I designed the classes at Simply Dancing Partners to give me and my clients the perfect experience. We always dance with professional partners throughout the lesson and it lasts for 1.5 hours.
Argentine Tango has captured my heart but along with the pleasure of the dance comes the pain of not being able to find a good enough supply of partners. See how I am trying to fix this.....
